Hotel Review: A Gem of Comfort and ValueNestled in the heart of Hat Yai, the boutique feel hotel I had the pleasure of staying at exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped through its doors, I was enveloped in an ambiance of warmth and sophistication. One of the standout features of this hidden gem is its exceptional value for money. Despite its hotel status, the hotel offers amenities and service that rival those of much pricier establishments. From the meticulously designed rooms to the thoughtfully curated amenities, every aspect of the hotel exudes luxury without the hefty price tag.The staff at the hotel are truly the epitome of hospitality. Their graciousness and attention to detail made my stay all the more memorable. From the friendly greetings at reception to the prompt assistance with any request, their dedication to ensuring a comfortable experience was evident throughout my stay.Location-wise, this hotel is a traveler's dream. Situated in a bustling yet charming neighborhood, it offers easy access to the city's main attractions while providing a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle. Plenty of local cuisine restaurants and very nice cafes. Whether I was exploring nearby landmarks or simply strolling through the quaint streets, I always felt perfectly situated for whatever adventure awaited. One of the most pleasant surprises was the tranquility that enveloped the hotel. Despite its central location, the rooms were remarkably quiet, offering a peaceful sanctuary after a day of sightseeing or business meetings. The hotel's thoughtful fit out were evident in every corner. The newly fitted rooms boasted modern amenities and tasteful decor, creating a contemporary yet inviting atmosphere. From the plush bedding to the sleek furnishings, every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure a comfortable and stylish stay.Last but certainly not least, the hotel's pool area was a true oasis of relaxation. Whether basking in the sun or taking a refreshing dip, the pool provided the perfect escape from the city's heat and hubbub. In conclusion, my stay at this boutique hotel was nothing short of exceptional. With its unbeatable value, gracious staff, prime location, serene ambiance, newly fitted rooms, and inviting pool, it has set the standard for what a memorable hotel experience should be. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined yet affordable...
Read moreDefinitely the place, where we could call "home" in Hatyai.
Congratulations to the owner, your place is perfect in many ways!!
Reservation - polite and promptly after made some efforts to reach them (no one pick up my phone with the number stored in Google and quite tricky to reserve the room through web agent though)
Rate - affordable for Thai Middle class peep.
Parking - limited. Have taxi offered anyway, isn't it?
Front Desk - Cute and kind, really attentive to their guest as a host.
Personalised services - never been ask anywhere these questions "what time would you like us to make up your room?" "Are you going to leave before I arrive or come back after I leave?" This not going to happen with a big hotel.
Room - Pure minimalist style with fully hotel facilities, practical functions, and super clean from ceiling to toilet drain. Bed, sheets, pillow, floors, are all so comfy clean till we afraid to unpack 🤭
Breakfast - nice presentation with good ingredients, test could be better though. Coffee: please have an options for dark roasted coffee people, its pain to have a sour coffee (you may call it fruitful) in such a nice cafe.
View - the views we had prove us, outside world is the mistake, in this room is a safe heaven.
Pool - I would call it a gold fish pond. pure transparent from outside world to look through. Nice setting for Instagram shooting but not real swim.
Seem like I could find so many flaws, but if this place can fixed these defects, they will be more perfect than...

The check in time is 2 o clock, but on request they were kind enough to give an early check-in. The room was really clean with a work desk & big bath tub. The only drawback of the room was that it was on the first floor adjacent to a common passage & hence you can hear sounds of people incase they are talking loudly. The lady at reception desk helped us book PakBara Pier-Koh Lipe common taxi which was around 600 Baht for two people (including luggage). ||The cafe there serves very good desserts & tea, we had the jasmine tea & french fries & it was really nice. ||We wanted to break our long journey before departing to Koh Lipe & hence we stayed at Hat Yai for one night. We visited the Buddha Statue giving amazing views of the Hat Yai City from the top, the Asean Night Bazar which had good shopping options at a bargain. There is nothing much to do @ Hat Yai & you dont find many tourists & the locals dont speak English & hence its really difficult to communicate. ||Grab Taxi is very efficient as we booked it three-four times at Hat Yai.||In all a very good experience at Hat Yai & a must stay in Hat Yai is Casa...
