Sirene - Cafe & Restaurant — Restaurant in Songkhla Province

It’s was a very pleasant experience trying this cafe. I came here to have dessert. I tried flower egg tart, dark chocolate eclair, plain croissant, and caramel macchiato. For me, I cannot drink cow milk, but this place provides oat milk. Overall dishes are very good.

Ranking of dessert, in my perspective, flower egg tart was number one. Inside had good creamy texture and adequate amount of sweetness. Outer layer, it was croissant based, was not that super crispy but crispy. But that made it fuse so well with the creamy egg part.

Eclair, as it should be, was sweet but the flavor of chocolate was good so 2nd place for me.

Lastly, Plain Croissant. For me it was not that impressive but if you don’t like the smell of the butter, but you like to have croissant, it will suit you well. It did not have flavorful butter smell but...

If you’re looking for a place where to relax or whatever, this Café would be the best. They have the best Iced ❄ Coconut 🥥 Latte Frappé*my favourite available, their homemade Hot Dog also delicious and even some fresh baked pastries 🥧, Croissant 🥐, Waffle, Mini Choux, Macaron, Ice ❄ Cream, Spaghetti 🍝, All Day Breakfast Menu as well. The ambiance of this Café was so relaxing, and the staffs(Khun, Tip, Por) are highly capable. I could not ask for more because everything that I needed was provided. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The overall cleanliness of the Cafe was commendable. However while the menu showcased appetising options, it felt like the dishes were pre-prepared rather than freshly cooked to order.
