While vacationing here and looking for something to eat late at night, I stumbled upon a 24-hour Japanese restaurant. The place mainly serves ramen along with a selection of smaller side dishes. The seating setup is reminiscent of Japan, where you sit at a bar separated by side panels for privacy, which can be removed if you prefer, and a front curtain where the staff tend and serve you.

I went for the ramen, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles had a nice firm bite, and the ingredients were all fresh. With a little extra, you can also enjoy bottomless drinks, which is a great deal if you plan to stay a while. For a late-night meal, this spot really hits the spot—delicious food, authentic atmosphere, and open...

Had dinner at Tanji Ramen with 4 people. We kept it simple but really enjoyed the meal. The place has a cozy, clean Japanese feel with friendly service.

We ordered:

Tonkotsu Chashu Ramen – Rich and creamy pork bone broth with generous slices of tender chashu. The flavor was deep and comforting, perfect for ramen lovers.

Chicken Soup Ramen – A lighter, clearer broth but still full of flavor. Great option if you prefer something less heavy.

Gyoza – Crispy on the outside, juicy inside. Nicely seasoned and a great side to share.

The portions were just right, and everything came out hot and fresh. It wasn’t overly crowded during dinner, so we had a relaxed experience.

Definitely a great spot in Hatyai if you’re looking for warm, satisfying ramen at...

2nd visit : Came again after 2 months. I miss it once I'm back in my own country. This will surely be my lunch or dinner spot whenever I visit Hatyai. 1st visit : A 24-hour ramen shop. There's a bit of a Japanese vibe in this restaurant as they have personal partitions for each seat. Even if u dine alone, u won't feel awkward. The partitions are foldable, so don't worry if u want to share food with someone beside u. There's 5 different soup bases to choose from. U can customise your bowl of ramen step by step at the order sheet. Looks very simple but tastes delicious. Their soup is very flavourful, full of umami flavour. Tried the tonkatsu & signature bak kut teh soup....

Definitely a great spot in Hatyai if you’re looking for warm, satisfying ramen at a fair price.
