A FUN Night at The Library Hat Yai

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Library Bar in Hat Yai, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. This cocktail bar, situated in the heart of the city, offers a unique blend of modern design and vibrant ambiance, reminiscent of a grand library. The drinks and food are creatively inspired by literature and local stories, adding a fascinating twist to the dining experience.

The bar also offers luve music by great singers and if yiu are lucky tbey will take your recommendations as well and they keep atmosphere lively and engaging. There were plenty of English songs played as well. The highlight of my visit was the mesmerizing fire show, which added an element of excitement to the evening. The bartenders, renowned for their flair and skill, are truly impressive.

One star for a fantastic looking pub. Another star for beer at reasonable prices. That’s probably it on the positive side.

Really, if you’re over 25 this is not the place for you. It’s a youngsters’ pub with loud music played by a “DJ”, followed by equally loud ‘music’ played by a very ordinary band.

The “entertainment” is the (not very busy) barmen trying to juggle fake bottles behind the bar and dropping most of them. It was amateur hour. Really!

Service - it’s overstaffed. When people come in, four staff members attend to them. One to hand over the menu, one to shine a torch on the menu, one to take the order and one to, presumably, supervise. It was embarrassing looking at them.

Absolutely beautiful inside. The service is very prompt and courteous. Even has an assistant in the toilet who will massage you. Of course, pay a tip la.

Food was good as well. Just watch some of the dishes, can be extra spicy.

The seating against the wall should be slightly wider as I found myself keep sliding off it - wasn't drunk. 😂

The cocktails are very creative and can be amusing. Well done.

Quite a good crowd, considering it was Monday night. Can't imagine their weekend crowd.
