Coco Locco — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

So I really like this place I've been there twice. You can use the facilities it's no big deal that you are in the pool or using the foosball table or playing ping pong. They provide towels and you just have to put in a small deposit for either towels or ping pong equipment. They have amazing service there and the food is a solid good level. It's not amazing The pizza is really good but it is expensive for Thailand. They don't have Burmese salad which is unusual for the area and that's one of my favorites. But the food is solidly consistent in my experience. And I really like that you can use the lounge chairs that are two person with pillows and they set up umbrellas for you for no extra charge that's a really huge deal. I think that it's a great place to come with kids. The downside of their location is that the water like most places on this side of Koh phangan is not deep and you have to go really far out in order to have it be even at your thigh level so you're walking in the water and then basically laying down to have the water cover you. That kind of detracts for me and this particular beach I find has some rough coral and stuff going on inside that first part of the water when you go in. But all in all it's a great place with...

The main thing I’m leaving the review for is their amazing employee Tai. We came here at least 10 times and he took care of us each time. All of the staff are super friendly, the manager as well was so nice and talked to us a lot. They have a great happy hour, 2 cocktails for 200 baht, buy one get one free deal. We loved the tequila sunrise for a drink that barely tastes like alcohol and the vodka gimlet had the perfect vodka taste. We tried a bunch of different food off the menu and everything was good. Pad thai was great, panang curry was even better, the spicy red curry was very spicy and so good, pizza was some of the best we had in Thailand, and fries were good too. The view during sunset is incredible and they have a pool table, ping pong table, and swimming pool open for anyone. We will definitely come back, hopefully we’ll see Tai again!
