I had a fantastic dining experience at this cozy restaurant! The atmosphere was inviting, and the ambiance made for a perfect evening. The highlight of my visit was definitely the food. Even though I arrived around 8:40 PM and had to wait a bit longer than expected for my meal, it was absolutely worth it. I appreciated that the chef prepares everything by himself, which is a testament to the care and attention that goes into each dish. If you're eager to taste his incredible creations, be prepared to wait but trust me, you won’t be disappointed! I ordered the Vegan Mushroom Stroganoff, and it was beyond amazing. The flavors were delightful and truly showcased the chef's talent. The friendly staff added to the warm atmosphere, making my visit all the more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place that offers delicious food and a welcoming vibe, I highly recommend this gem. Just be patient, as the chef works his magic—it’s worth every minute! We came for dinner with kids, cos we read good reviews and thought it’s good place to feed children. We ordered 3 simple meals, after 1 hour waiting we received starter calamari - they were tasteless and chewy, we decided not to experiment any longer and cancel other orders. The cook did not like us to leave, he began to talk nervously to me, he said that he cooks alone and our table was the last, and he will began to cook for us right now. I told him that we don’t want his food that’s why we canceled, he still was not happy and he thought that we left just cos of long waiting… -basic food for high price. -small cafe where cooking process going inside, so it’s not comfortable especially if you wait for so long. -Low service. A true gem for vegans in a small town like Surat Thani. He does serve meat but there is an extensive selection of vegan dishes on the menu. We asked him to please not use fish sauce and MSG and he said he doesn't use them anyway. So you can be sure to get clean vegan food! We went there several times during our stay and everything was good and so fresh and fragrant with spices and herbs. Our faves were Massaman curry and Marsala curry. Just make sure that you're not in a hurry because this lovely man cooks everything alone.
