Federico's — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

I am just finishing up my meal here at Federico's and just HAD to write a review. I thoroughly agree with all the other 5 star reviews, this is a proper Italian Pasta & Pizza restaurant, that would thrive in any country worldwide, where Italian food is served (I have been exploring top quality restaurants globally for the past 20 years, which should be an acceptable starting point for writing this review). There are a couple of decent Italian restaurants here in the Chaweng area, but this is easily the best. When you read the menu, it becomes apparent that this is a business that fully understands Italian cuisine, and the value of top quality ingredients - fiordilatte mozzarella, Parma figs, porchini mushrooms just to share a few examples. Add a very pleasant and rustic dining room and not least an absolutely flawless service - and you are onto a winner! If you're looking for authentic Italian pizza on Koh Samui, Federico's is your go-to! I can confidently say they serve the most delicious pizza on the entire island. The dough is perfect, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the taste simply transports you to Italy. Beyond the amazing food, I have to highlight the exceptionally polite and attentive service. The staff is always ready to help and goes above and beyond to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Don’t walk, RUN to Federico’s!! My boyfriend and I eat here everyday, and it always tastes better and better. I get spaghetti with cream and he gets ravioli porcini. Our food is always piping hot and you can taste how fresh it is! It’s the best food I’ve had, and the best staff too. They’re always so welcoming and happy to see us when we arrive, and their service is immaculate! We love that they know our order too, they ask “Same Same?” it’s so awesome we feel special lol!
