Freezy Cow — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

I've lived on Koh Samui for the past 7 years. From the first day I noticed Freezy Cow, with its cow statue and sign outside, I was intrigued, so I decided to check it out. The staff were friendly and professional, and I got to try their delicious yogurts, ice creams, shakes, sandwiches, pizzas, and pastas. What surprised me the most was that all ingredients used in their products were naturally sourced from quality vendors. All the products sold in the store, from the ice creams, yogurts, and cheese of every kind, including their shakes, were created in-house! That really shows how incredibly professional their kitchen and chefs are.

My favorite is the Power Ball, made from natural fruits, nuts, and amazing homemade white chocolate. I'm so hooked that I order 20 of them almost every week.

As a newly renovated restaurant replacing a popular and previous personal favourite of mine, I was hoping it kept the quality from before. After trying it 4 times in the last 10 days, I can honestly say, they probably improved. The pizza's are larger and better than before. The gelato selection is bigger than before and taste amazing across the board. The pastas are very nice and panini's and focaccia sandwiches are all very tasty. Food is decent and ice cream is amazing. Service here is horrible beyond repair. We came here with the kids and they were rude from the beginning. When one of the kids had a melt down and started crying, we tried reasoning but the waitress was very rude and yelled at us from the other side of the restaurant. She yelled “can you do something about this?!” while I was trying to comfort the toddler. The level of service is ridiculous, especially for a place known for their ice cream.
