Tiny place that does a lot of deliveries. There’s only 5 chairs at the counter, we went early & got a seat. Just fancied something a bit lighter than Thai food. The food here was good but there were just a few things that could take it from good to great. We weren’t given any wasabi or ginger so had to ask, ( weirdly when we taking some away as we over ordered, we got everything and an extra dip) The tuna was lovely but cut strangely, it was too long, shouldn’t affect the taste but somehow it did. The cheese ball were lovely & crisp but zero seasoning & served with ketchup!! At least some Thai chili sauce would have helped the richness. The octopus was just not nice, too thick & dry. Even the edamame could do with more salt. The tuna nori & ones with fish eggs were great. The semi cooked sushi 1 was good, the tuna one wasn’t a nice taste & the other was ok. This may be the best in Samui, but I had great sushi in Bangkok so was a bit disappointed, definitely...

Unfortunately, I have to share a disappointing experience .. My first visit to this place left only positive impressions and I immediately started recommending it to friends However, with each next visit the experience became more and more disappointing

I faced unpleasant service – being ignored, a complete lack of time sensitivity, and even not one time my orders were simply forgotten and only started being prepared after I had to ask when I might expect them. There was no basic politeness, not even a simple “sorry” when something went wrong. Sometimes I even felt mocked, especially from some of the female workers

I’m not someone who looks for conflict – I just wanted to have a meal Normally, I don’t leave negative reviews. But in this case, I feel like I must, because before my first visit I checked Google Maps and found some reviews that I thought were exaggerated. Now, sadly, I realize they were true:(

It’s unfortunate, because the place seemed great at first glance the variety of dishes and overall concept seemed promising. I truly wanted it to work out.

ฉันเจอกับการบริการที่ไม่ดี เช่น การถูกเพิกเฉย ไม่ใส่ใจเรื่องเวลา สั่งอาหารแล้วพนักงานลืมไปเลย จนกระทั่งฉันต้องถามว่าต้องรอนานแค่ไหนถึงจะเริ่มทำให้ และไม่มีคำขอโทษหรือมารยาทพื้นฐานใด ๆ เลย บางครั้งยังรู้สึกเหมือนถูกล้อเลียน โดยเฉพาะจากพนักงานผู้หญิงบางคน

ฉันไม่ใช่คนที่ชอบมีปัญหากับใคร แค่อยากเข้ามาทานอาหารดี ๆ เท่านั้น โดยปกติฉันจะไม่เขียนรีวิวเชิงลบ แต่ในกรณีนี้ ฉันรู้สึกว่าจำเป็นต้องเขียน เพราะก่อนมาครั้งแรก ฉันก็เปิดอ่านรีวิวใน Google Map และตอนนั้นคิดว่าหลายความคิดเห็นดูเกินจริง แต่ตอนนี้ฉันเข้าใจแล้วว่า สิ่งที่คนเขียนไว้คือเรื่องจริง น่าเสียดายมาก
