Read moreI had a chance to visit this café and co-working space, and it’s been a fantastic find! They opened on April 9th, 2023, and it’s clear they’re filling a much-needed gap on the island.
What inspired them? Well, two years ago, they realized there weren’t many affordable, comfortable places for remote workers, especially post-COVID. Many spots lacked basic amenities like power sockets and didn’t feel very welcoming for people staying long hours. They wanted to change that by creating a space where people can focus, connect, and feel at home.
One standout feature is the free entry—most co-working spaces charge a fee, but here, they’ve chosen to keep it open and accessible. Their goal is to build a community where people can collaborate, form new friendships, and share ideas without any barriers, which is especially important after the isolation brought on by COVID.
On top of that, it’s pet-friendly! They allow pets because they see them as part of the family, and it really makes the environment feel warmer and more welcoming. I brought my dog, and it was great to work alongside him in such a relaxed setting.
Definitely worth checking out if you're...
