Vegans come eat here! They've got a sign outside welcoming us :) but I think the sign might actually contribute to the lack of business they get. It makes it look like they solely serve vegetarian and vegan food, but it is a meat serving restaurant predominantly.
This place has delicious food. We had curries, noodle dishes, and shakes. There is an option to get the shakes without yogurt and then they are vegan! I got the mango twice bc it was so good, bf got the coconut and banana ones, they were also great.
It's a quiet restaurant that has quite the gecko night life! It was really fun watching all of the geckos hunt bugs on the ceiling and walls. Peep the geckos running around on their sign (pic included). Honestly that was an awesome experience. A little sad watching a lil baby gecko turn into a play toy for a stray cat that wandered in, but welcome to the jungle...nature is metal.
Yum yum yum so happy they have...
Read moreAs people have said, this place is excellent. We ended up eating here every day. Superb curries and the shakes are also not to be missed (we ordered kiwi and strawberry shakes). The coffee is strong but aromatically delicious. Awesome food at good prices.
It's tucked away on a sidestreet and easier to find if you look out for numngeu massage with a vegetarian food sign next to it.
We had one issue where it took over 40mins to cook pancakes in the morning and we had to leave for our trip without breakfast even though we gave them warning. The owner refused to give a refund after we were presented with two takeaway boxes of stone cold hard refrigerated pancakes. A real shame as every other meal we had was excellent, but quite clearly the stubborn owner didn't care about their customers.
I'll still give 4 stars because it was some of the very best thai food we had in the 2 months we travelled across...
Read moreWould have given 2 stars but because it was well priced I’ve given this place 3 stars. The 2 most disappointing things about this place were: 1) the Thai food wasn’t authentic. There’s no reason to make vegetarian Thai food less authentic and less flavourful just because it’s vegetarian. The Panang curry was watery and diluted. The Rat Na was so far from what it should be, it was sad. Flat Noodles were chopped into little cube blocks and wasn’t serviced with dried chilli or vinegar. The Larb Het was good but nothing special. All dishes were mild, lacking Thai flavours or spice. 2) the service was so cold and unfriendly, it was uncomfortable to be there. We both live in Thailand and speak Thai, we spoke to the waiter only in Thai so there was no need to be so shut off. I’m surprised this place has such good reviews considering the average Thai food and...
