Chonthicha — Restaurant in Thanon Nakhon Chai Si Subdistrict

Classic Guay Tiew Kua Gai spot in the neighborhood. As soon as you step inside, you can tell it’s a long-established restaurant — full of regular customers, with awards and photos displayed on the walls.

Their stir-fried chicken noodles or ก๋วยเตี๋ยวคั่วไก่ is excellent. The noodles are slightly crispy on the outside but still soft and chewy inside — just the way it should be. It’s fragrant from the wok, with tender chicken and a hint of smokiness that makes it special. I also ordered the suki haeng, which was flavorful and well-seasoned.

The prices are a bit higher than other street food places selling similar dishes, but the quality makes it worthwhile.

The only downside was the service — it seemed a bit slow due to limited staff. I only saw one server...

This is a must visit place. If you are coming to Thailand and that also Bangkok don't forget to pin this place. Authentic Thai food with Rich taste. Place is a bit small but you will not be disappointed. Owners have been running this since last many years and they have maintained the taste. Their Shrimps and Kraphao are signature...

เลิกกินเด็ดขาด เรารู้จักและกินร้านนี้มาตั้งเเต่เด็ก พอเขาย้ายร้านมาก็ยังกินอยู่บ้าง แต่หลังๆที่บ้านเราไม่ยอมกินเเล้ว เพราะว่าบริการไม่ดีและราคาที่ไม่สมเหตุสมผล แต่เราก็ยังไปกินอยู่ เพราะชอบคั่วไก่ร้านนี้ แต่พอเจอเข้ากับตัวเองเรื่องบริการตามที่ที่บ้านบอก ก็คงไม่ไปกินอีกแล้ว คุณคงไม่สนใจที่จะรักษาลูกค้า และลืมไปว่าร้านอาหารมีเยอะมาก รสชาตดีทั้งนั้น ถ้าบริการยังเป็นแบบนี้อยู่ คงมีลูกค้าประจำอีกหลายคนลาขาดร้านคุณแน่ๆ

Absolutely NOT recommended. I have been eating this place since I was kid. My family loved to come here but lately the refused to come this place again cause of service and overpriced. But I kept eating here because I did love its fried noodle. Though I experienced its worst service myself and realized there are lots of good taste and excellent service out there why I have to stuck to this place... If they don't care about the service, they wont care about the taste...
