300 Grams Butcher and Restaurant — Restaurant in Ubon Ratchathani Province

For the last 2 years this is our family #1 restaurant to go. Last time we were there about 1 weeks ago, many employees changed, its disappointing because new employees and managers service needs to be improved.

Dinning room manager don't understand and speak english at all.

The main course meal don't arrived to the table all in same time, so some of us eat alone.

The sides (rice and patatoes) arrive 20 minutes before the main course.

Music way to loud, we can not hear the servers and our guess, this loud kill the great ambiance of this quality restaurant.

On other side Employees and manager were very very understanding and professional in adjusting the issues and making everything better,

Over all This beautiful restaurant Remain our #1 choice for quality time and food. No matter what, employees and management are always ready to listen and make your moments as best as they can, this is a sign of professionalism and good standards

This is a positive critique and not a complaint, we love this place and hopefully these remarks will help them to improve some area of service

Went with the family here yesterday. We had a wide selection of the foods and a nice bottle of Rosso. Anything was so delicious and just melted in our mouths, there was not one thing we ordered which didn't meet expectations. The pictures in the menu were, unlike many other places in Thailand, not overselling. 5 stars on food presentation and taste.

While I understand it can be difficult to have everything on the menu available, they might consider cutting down on the range instead of showing a menu with one third of the options unavailable. Service, though a little inexperienced, was attentive and they made an effort of talking english with me even several thai people in the party.

While the location can be viewed as a big container from the outside, they have done a great job with decorations and ambience so the feeling when inside is taking you on a trip far from Thailand. The music was at a suitable level and there was a spot for live sessions which i believe will only add to the overall experience when in use.

All in all a great finer dining experience, of which I haven't found many in Ubon.

Will definitely come back and...

American foodie here and came to this place on our anniversary, after craving a good steak and nice bottle of wine and hearing it was very good. 300 Grams was excellent. From the salads to the steaks everything was executed really well, the steaks done perfectly, seasoned really well, with a great selection of sauces. The atmosphere was also excellent reminding me of a steakhouse in the Midwest United States. The music playing throughout is really enjoyable and the service was also excellent. Thailand has such wonderful cuisine, and it can be very challenging to find a great steak experience but this was amazing and such a welcomed change of pace from the delicious...
