Food was okay, sashimi is fresh only food is good here. Service is unacceptable. a waiter is absolutely rude. He filled up my glass without asking what I want even I told them once I will change to Pepsi max but still filled up green tea so when he served me I did say excuse me I was going to change to Pepsi max instead not green tea and he ended up saying to me you can change to next one after finish this one with an attitude and the glass is completely full glass. When I said its just fill up and it’s probably too much to drink it all and he was just ignoring me and walked away still with attitude. It was so disappointing to me seeing a very good restaurant with finest food but bad attitude staff who completely rude...

I ate the buffet for 799฿ +Vat10% . First of all, the service was very slow. Especially the uni menu, I ordered it from the first round but after 50 minutes it still didn't come out.

But in the system it said it was already served so I had to call and ask the staff and they just said “ sorry, the system is lack “ and 5 more minutes they served it out. And it was the worst uni I've ever eaten, It was very bitter.

It’s my first time trying this restaurant and it’s 100% my LAST TIME coming here as well!! HORRIBLE!!! the service, the food and how delayed it was. I took my parents to try this restaurant and absolutely disappointed. We had 399.- buffet but we have been waiting for more than 30 mins just to receive our condiments! Nothing to eat and the buffet is only two hours but we have been waiting for ever to receive our order which not even all of them I have received… disappointed and bad management also horrible experience dining in this expensive restaurant but low quality service. NEVER AGAIN!!!!...
