A rustic feel restaurant,with air cond indoor seating and outdoor. Can be very busy during weekends peak hour. So advance booking is necessary. The ambience is relaxing,service is friendly and attentive. Their famous Khao Suay hits all the right notes. Remind me of the one I had in Chiangmai. Broth is well balanced with fragrant of coconut milk. The condiments especially preserves vege is tasty and additive. The Grill river prawn is fresh and grilled to perfection. It is sweet and tasty. The Japanese crispy pork rice has crunchy and delicious sauce. The only dish that we find did not make it is the fresh oysters,it is fresh no doubt but taste wise not sweet enough. As we made our way South, we made a stop here for a very late lunch. Wifey had Khao Soi while I had rice topped with egg. We also shared a side of squid eggs (which turned out to be a bit of squid eggs and a lot of squid). Wifey said she liked the Khao Soi here better than the ones we had in Chiang Mai last year. I tried a bit and I agree it tasted richer. Total spent nearly 400THB, which I felt was a touch expensive, or maybe I'm out of touch with prices...

ตอนแรกเดินผ่านร้าน เลยมาลองอ่านรีวิวแล้วดูโอเคเลยลองไปทานเป็นมื้อเที่ยง สั่งอาหาร 3 อย่างกับข้าวสวย ร้านมีออเดิร์ฟให้ทานระหว่างรออาหาร ราคานักท่องเที่ยวจริง แต่ไม่ได้รู้สึกว่าแพงไป ต่อไปเป็นคหสต. นะคะ

รออาหารนานเกือบ 40 นาที ตอนที่เข้าไป มีอยู่ 3-4 โต๊ะ ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่ได้อาหารหมดแล้ว ตอนเราสั่งก็คิดว่าน่าจะไม่นาน ไม่แน่ใจว่าเพราะเทศกาลแล้วคนครัวไม่พอด้วยมั้ย หรือเมนูที่สั่งต้องใช้เวลามากกว่าปกติ พนักงานเสิร์ฟดูงงๆ หลายอย่างดูช้า คือบางทีก็ไม่มีพนักงานอยู่ตรงบริเวณนั้นเลย ถ้าร้านมีโซนใน-นอก ควรแบ่งโซนกันดูน่าจะดีกว่า หรือถ้าโซนไหนที่ลูกค้าเยอะควรมาอยู่มากกว่า 1 คนน่าจะดีกว่า เห็นน้องพนักงานรับออเดอร์อยู่ แล้วคนจะเรียกเช็คบิล ไหนจะสั่งอาหารเพิ่ม คนเดียวน่าจะไม่ไหวนะคะ อาหาร 3 อย่าง สั่ง ไข่เจียวฟู รสชาตโอเค อร่อยดี หอยเชลล์อบเนย แต่ได้อบชีส ไม่รู้ว่าหรือจริงๆมันเมนูเดียวกัน แต่ในเมนูเขียน เนย/ชีส เลยสั่งอบเนยไป ตอนได้อาหารไม่ได้ท้วงพนักงาน เพราะไหนๆก็ทำมาแล้ว แล้วก็รอมาสักพักใหญ่กว่าจะมา หิว เลยทานไป ส่วนตัวว่าหอยสด อร่อย น้ำจิ้มซีฟู๊ดดีมากกกกกกกก! ให้เป็นที่สุดของมื้อ ซูวี 3 สหาย เป็นเนื้อย่างน้ำจิ้มแจ่ว มีไข่ดองโชยุ มีริบอาย เสือร้องไห้ แล้วก็ลิ้นวัว โดยรวมค่อนข้างสู้ฟัน แต่ย่างมาหอมมาก ยกเว้นลิ้นวัวย่างที่นุ่มหอม แต่ย่างเกรียมไปหน่อย บางส่วนมันมีกลิ่นไหม้ตอนกินแล้วขม

สรุปโดยรวม: อาหารดีแล้ว แต่อยากให้พัฒนาตรงจุดที่ผิดพลาดให้ดีขึ้น...
