I arrived here just after the Songkarn festival. People were still in the festive mood, but luckily I had a nice place to stay the Cozy Nest Boutique. Very pleasant. ||||One thing though - there are no elevators, I stay 2nd floor, so its ok. But if you have loads of bulky luggage, be prepared to activate those muscles up the stairs. ||||Location of the place is quite enchanting. Its a stone's throw away from the Lake, no more than 3 mins walk. So going to the lake is almost an everyday affair. ||||Nearby the hotel, there aren't much going on. Its a quiet town anyway. But if you explore a bit, you'd find small cafes, eateries and shops which aren't a big deal but good enough for a place like this. ||||The rooms are very well -sized, toilets are clean, most things are okay. The only bugbear was the powerful AC. I usually don't complain about air-conditioning being too powerful, but this one is really turbo-charged so much so that when the compressor kicks in, it is very loud. If you are a light sleeper, I am sure you will be 'accompanied' by the AC the entire night. ||||Views-wise, I am quite happy to have a glimpse of the Lake and the serene street below. ||||B/fast was provided, but the outcome was quite a bore. Food was cold. However, if you are not fussy, just have a couple of toasts, have a cuppa and be on your way to some of those small cafes nearby. That should do the job. ||||For that price, I think this is a reasonable place to stay. The staff...

Already fustrated but nvm as the design was that way and we didn't know about that. Next day morning we were there for breakfast and stay there till 11plus before going out for shopping. They called us after we went out to go back as 1 of the rooms and need change to buolding C.which is another building. So 3 rooms at 3 different locations. And ordered us back to change our rooms. Whole morning they can't call us and waited till check out timing tjey called us to go back. And the attitude of the staff were as if they were not wrong. Worst serivce i ever encountered anywhere in hotel line. Btw the bed was very hard, the room didn't even have a phone to call the reception and for coffee u have to go to the reception to make as the water heater was...
Read moreWe booked a twin room. But when staying back, get 1 double bed, causing a waste of time to go back down to tell the staff to change rooms again Without any room upgrades in spite of the sloppiness of the staff||The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the lake and many nearby restaurants and 7-11. It is also a slow 15-minute walk to the weekend night market. Although not much Don't forget to go early as it closes around 10 PM, very convenient.||Simple facilities, 3-storey building, no elevator. It's not a concern for most people as long as you are healthy and mobile.||The small cafeteria on the ground floor has a cozy atmosphere and the staff at the cafe are friendly. Food was ok for the price we paid. I can't ask more||On the other hand, the lobby staff is not friendly and enthusiastic. Not that she was rude It's just that she doesn't care about her face when she talks to you. No looks or a welcoming smile.||Overall it was up to our expectations as the room was clean and spacious. Not a bad place for...
