We recently had our staff party at Helen KTV Phuket, and it was such a fantastic experience! The private karaoke rooms were spacious and clean, making it perfect for our group. The sound system was excellent, and we all had a blast singing our favorite songs. The food was delicious and arrived quickly, adding to the overall enjoyment of the night. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, creating a great space for fun and bonding. Had lots of street appeal. We were impressed with the decor and design as we were led to the ktv room. But the impression faded as fast as it appeared. The service was poor. The guy would bring photos of the ladies available for accompaniment. With current technology how are we supposed to know if the photos are genuine. No music was turned on....the TV wasn't turned on. No one asked what drinks we wanted. It was a total turn...

Finally got the chance to visit this place. As a Filipina who loves KTV.. I was really missing the Karaoke culture in Phuket and this place definitely reminded me of how fun it is to do Karaoke as I have been missing it for many years as I havent found fun place for it til now.. Really good value, food and drinks were tops and the service was great! Definitely coming...
