For me, Tizi is the best steak restaurant in town. My favorite steaks are sirloin steak (priced Rp125.000+) and tongue with mushroom sauce (priced Rp117.000+). The potato can be as fried, baked, or cooked as a puree. And for every steak, the restaurant also gives additional super delicious sauce. Totally wonderful. There is free-flow mineral water too. I always feel full after eating here. Furthermore, Tizi sells tasty cakes. My favorite cakes are the apple crumble slice and feine vanilla slice. The cakes is priced Rp20.000 in average. Quite affordable. The restaurant itself has an old-school environment where the fragrance of tuberose flowers is in the air. Actually, this place is pretty romantic in the night. The weather is always cool in Tizi because it is surrounded by many trees. The staffs are friendly as well. Fyi, this restaurant has been operated since 1970s. It is nostalgically awesome. My parents used to go here when they were young, now I do.

Our family old's time favorite. We've been dine out in this restaurant more than 40 years and still love it til now. Some of the dishes are evolved already, we missed the hamburger that now is gone, and the choco pudding with real rhum vla (now has no rhum in it). But we still love the soup, pizzas and schaschlik. Always a good place to go with family. And do not miss the bakery! They have very authentic bread. The cheese bread and choco crumble bread (i cant spell the names in dutch) are amazing. Downside: the price now is getting higher, and we saw a drop in visitors because even for Jakarta standard, the price is not cheap, and quality is declining. For 1 stick of schaschilk it price 130K IDR and it's just 2 small peace of sausage, 1 pc of small meat and vegetable. Please Tizi, be more make sense on the price so we will consider you back as family resto.

When we entered the restaurant, no waitress greeted us, we looked around confused what kind of uniform they worn. And then the waitress who's in charge in Cashier finally realize that we hadn't had any tables yet. We ordered the food in 14.05, it was Wednesday, and the restaurant weren't too crowded, but it arrived nearly an hour after we complaint. Too many cats walking & sleeping around, it's a restaurant right? Not a food street. Taste : Tenderloin steak - the meat was separated in 2 parts, it was like they grill 2 different meat, cannot change sauce, and the meat covered by their own special dark brown sauce ( sweet like a Bbq sauce ). Burger Steak was also the same, covered with their special dark brown sauce, the fries was a bit cold already. Plating presentation was so basic, not appetizing. Price : Too Expensive Menu : Using a book, less variety food / beverages in it. Ambience : It got a small garden in the center of it, and a small fish pond. I think the ambience will be great after sundown. Location : A bit hard too find, the restaurant sign from the main street almost faded. Parking Space : Medium size. Service : Poor, no one greet us when we entered & leaving the restaurant, and the waiter was rarely standing by, they always busy ( maybe they were short-staffed because of Corona ) Revisit : Maybe

This classic place had its decline a few years back, but now is making its comeback. The lighting brings this tranquil, peaceful atmosphere. The semi-open interior feels great even during rain without being too windy. The food is once again great too. They're never too big on the steaks (so don't expect a t-bone dish) but they're very fulfilling for their price. The drinks they make are pretty okay. You really should try their milkshake even if it's pricey. Besides that, I love their soup and pastries too. Tizi is a affordable high-end resto (if that makes any sense). It's been around since my mom was young and I hope it stays being around in the future. I sometimes regret not having more dates at this place before I got married, but circumstances hadn't allowed I guess.

Dining at this restaurant offers a distinctive and somewhat rare experience, given the scarcity of Dutch/German eateries in Indonesia. The ambiance exudes a sense of relaxation, akin to dining at a grandmother's house, though occasionally disrupted by some patrons chatting loudly. As for the meals, they didn't quite align with my taste preferences, leaving me feeling that there was nothing particularly remarkable about them, despite the majority being Dutch/German dishes. Interestingly, the staffs at the restaurant stood out. Although they were on the older side, their service was remarkably deft and characterized by impeccable politeness. Their attentive service added a pleasant touch to the overall dining experience.

Walking to this place , as recommended by local friend, we can tell that this place runs by someone who knows the culture and the food really well. The menu is compact yet covers all the best selection one can choose from. Being out of towner we let our friend do the ordering and we are in for a treat. The chicken soup is a must to try, itโs creamy without feeling over creamy with generous servings, share the soup so you can try out more food here. Do stop by at the pastry corner featuring all the Bavarian classics, the apfel strudel is recommend. There is clean prayers room in the restaurant too. Overall we leave Bandung with satisfy feeling knowing we found a place that will definitely comes back again.
