The experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the most lovely staff member, Nafeeza. Her warm smile and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease. In a country where genuine customer service can be hard to come by, Nafeeza's kindness truly made my day.

As a vegan, I often struggle to find delicious dairy-free ice cream options. To my delight, they had a selection of sorbets that were completely vegan. I decided to try the chocolate sorbet, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. This chocolate sorbet didn't taste like your typical sorbet; it was more akin to a decadent chocolate ice cream. Even though I'm not usually a fan of chocolate ice cream, this treat won me over. It was rich, creamy, and had the perfect balance of sweetness. I ordered just one scoop, and it was more than enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.

The quality of the chocolate sorbet is well worth the price. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was for the experience and taste it offered. It was always excitement knowing that as a family we were going to Haagen Dazs, always looked forward to this family outing .....especially this place. Been doing this since they opened in Maraval, excitement always the same until today. Entered the Price Plaza Branch, got seated, all seven of us and then the wait began, 30 minutes of watching the staff glance at us periodically. We asked if someone could please take our order once during that time and begged and pleaded with distaste the second time. HORRIBLE customer service during our ordeal, not once did anyone apologise for the lapse in service, We can't remember at all asking anyone to do us a favour, yet we were treated in the end as if they were doing us one. First time coming here and I was pleasantly surprised. The price can be a deterant but it's worth it for the dine in experience.

The ice cream was good with a large variety. I got the cookie dough and a water.
