Pizza hut has always been 1 of my fave pizza restaurants to date, however after today I'm not so sure. So my sister and I visited the Price plaza branch for their Carnival AYCE special. Even though the place was quite busy we waited a few minutes to be seated by the usher which was exceptional. The usher vaguely told us about the AYCE special by only mentioning the pizzas on the special nothing more nothing less. Once seated we waited a while before even getting plates, then we had to reach out to the servers to enquire about ordering or understanding the process for the AYCE. I even observed the couple next to us waiting to receive a bill then the family next door to us who came in after us got up and left due to the lengthy wait time. As I mentioned previously the place was quite busy, 1. Why is there 1 lady pushing around a trolley/ tray of slices of pizzas from table to table serving everyone 2. Why wasnt the Santa fe pizza readily available as it was part of the AYCE special 3. After 2 servings of pizza the lady with the trolley never passed back 4. Whilst on our 2nd serving of pizza we got the bill so you know we were AMAZED because we didnt requested the bill nor was our 1 1/2 hours up... 5. We ordered 2 single servings of breadsticks that we waited 30-35minutes for... As a consumer of Prestige holdings I rank you guys in the top 5 please please please do better. Thankfully the supervisor Anika made our lasting impression not too badly, she definitely deserves to be praised🙌🏾🙌🏾 Just a suggestion...The AYCE special is a great one, please explain the process to the customers for smooth transactions, this special brings in alot more persons please have more servers on hand and lastly continue to improve your customer service as some of the servers didnt show much empathy when our concerns...
Read moreI think that it was my worst experience ever. We tried ordering a pizza via whatsapp. So after choosing the first pizza, they decided the kids wanted a different one. So the prompt says press 4 to remove the item from your cart. We did. Second attempt we placed a medium pizza in the cart, PRESS 4 TO REMOVE, WE DID. Last attempt, I pull on to the side call pizza hut chag, no answer. I ordered and drove off, my son confirms the order. When i get there. The cashier does NOT allow me to confirm the amount put enter pin and account type. Whilst im waiting to collect to my horror i see that my bill is for $374. 😵. I calmly ask the cashier, what im paying for? She says, 'u say that is your bill! ' i said well im seeing my name, long story short, i paid for all the pizzas i had ordered and REMOVED FROM THE CART. Candice theanager says, i can't help u. Its not their fault. After 40ins of quarreling, she disappears, excuse me. After 15 mins or more returns. In this instance I'll refund you the money. But is not their fault. YOUR APP, WHATSAPP, ONLINE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! ITS NOT PERSONAL, AND ISN'T FROM YOUR SALARY. MY KIDS WERE IN D DAM CAR...
Read moreI wish i could rate it 0 stars.. Very bad customer service, always under staffed even though they are making a lot of money, unrealistic wait time for 1 plain cheese pizza. I ordered my pizza at 5pm on their website, at 6pm i arrived to collect it because the pizza tracker said that my order was ready to be picked up. When i arrived i had to stand from 6pm till 8pm to wait for them to make the 1 plain cheese pizza i ordered. The cashier was ignoring me and other customers. The cashier also said out loud that she isnt going to answer the phone calls they are getting. While i was there the phone rang on approximately 50 different occasions and the cashier did not answer any of the calls. Other customers were also waiting longer than me.. one lady stood up from 4:30pm until after 7pm just to get her food. Horrible staff and service. I...
