TGI Fridays Price Plaza
We called ahead to let them know we were are party of 7adults and 2kids no reservations needed walk in only. On arrival It started off with having to wait outside for them to sanitize the tables , politely we are a party of 7adults 2 kids. Oooh ! While waiting outside a woman came with a child bypass all of us and when told you have to wait they are sanitizing. 'Toilet I have to go' after wihich she calls her husband who is outside, to send in her second child then proceeds to bully the employee who opens the door and tells her husband come in (cutting the line) while all other customers patiently waiting outside. We Finally get in, were seated and placed our order. Server comes back to say they are out of stock on shrimp. So we had to change two orders and settle for something else ( a bit disappointing) For reaches the table at a reasonable time, well presented and tasty.Enjoyed our meal to the fullest. Complimentary brownies for all the mom's at the table (very nice guys) Service at the table was good *When the bill arrives after going over it they had charged the table for the TWO OUT OF STOCK FRIDAY'S SHRIMP (NEVER GOT IT OR ATE IT BUT WAS CHARGED FOR IT) After correcting the bill we paid and left...

Read moreVisited earlier in the year with my daughter. Arrived sometime after 5pm, was greeted & seated accordingly. It was a pre birthday celebration dinner for my daughter who was going to be 13. She ordered a drink with starters & continued browsing the menu. Appetizers were ok, the food needs a little help with how its plated, overall, not bad. Let's talk ATMOSPHERE...at first it was very quiet and not loud. But as it started to get packed, the chaos kicked off. All of a sudden, I found myself surrounded by overly happy boisterous people, very loud, inappropriate music that blasted over you so that you cant even hear your own conversation, and it felt as if I was in a hurricane & everything was in excess. I can't understand why the majority of people in Trinidad and Tobago believes that you have to play certain genres of music in every single restaurant, taxi, clothes store and fete. It was the most distastefull, uneventfull, dissatisfying dining experience ever. My daughter was rather displeased at the level of the lack of propriety by over zealous patrons & their behaviour to say the least. What should have been an evening of mild conversation and innocent smiles and awe, quite turned out to be a manageri of exotic safari creatures who left their cages & went to king Julian's party in the middle of nowhere and we had a...
Read moreWalked on to see all the changes so you got a star. The experience the food and service however 👎👎👎👎👎. The staff on the floor was too busy liming among themselves to realise they haven't come by to take orders, much less introduce themselves. Basically waited almost and hour for kids burgers and a salad. Still had to ask for napkins and straws 😡 Then workers on break came close by to eat and speaking loudly "bad talking" previous customers (I'm guessing) how they "stupid, dotish and didn't add no tip. (I would understand why no tip)
it took another half hour or so after eating to get the waitress attention so she would get away from the "click" and come asking "what we want 🤨" Asked for the bill and I should have followed her because was back to liming long enough for the kids to get hungry again. And whether behind the wall leading to the kitchen or sitting in a booth they speak loud enough to deafening pitch and aren't paying attention to the customers at all. As walking out met others saying they just left money to cover the drinks on the table and are leaving even though they ordered.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Train these people or get a whole new...
