The highlight for me here is the fresh kumquat juice - too few places serve fresh from the fruit juice in T&T. ( Some places will say yes it’s fresh - from the pack - because the label says “fresh”:) ) The mother-in-law pepper sauce is also a worth mentioning as it’s full of flavor, right amount of acidity and heat. Good portions - plenty for two - generous. Even the veggie spring roll halved is a fair starter portion. Unless yuh greedy! Without alcohol and with an average 3-dish meal order noodles, veggies, fish you’ll pay at least US$30. A head. The food and service are reliably good, decor pleasant, and there’s underground or roadside parking with a security attendant.

I have had take-away lunches and dine-in experiences at this restaurant. It's very quiet and unassuming. The food is very delicious. The fried rice can be very heavy on the ginger. One time, I got pieces of ginger in the rice. I still ate it as it was very flavorful. The outside of the building is clean and tasteful. The indoor is dark and sets the mood for a very nice dining experience. The staff are very efficient and constantly wait on the tables. If I had a complaint, it would be that the staff could smile more. It comes off stiff. There's underground parking. Street parking on Warner and Woodford streets also.

Food ✅ Customer service and staff ✅ Ambiance ✅ Prices ✅ Seating ❌ The experience was indeed a special one and I don’t mind going again! Took my girlfriend to this aesthetically pleasing restaurant and I was impressed indeed by the swiftness of my food and the quality. However we were seated a bit close to a group of very obnoxious people (understandably) even though I made reservations and wanted something a bit more intimate. I wouldn’t recommend a dinner during the week if you’re looking for an intimate night of talking and eating.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Chinese restaurant located in the heart of the Port of Spain, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with their exceptional service and delectable food. Not only did they satisfy my taste buds, but they also went above and beyond to make my experience truly unforgettable.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel welcome and felt bad that I went to the wrong location. What made this particular visit even more memorable was the outstanding assistance they provided in helping me find a taxi after my food was ready. This level of attentiveness truly exceeded my expectations and showcased their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

Now, let's talk about the food. Oh boy, where do I begin? The flavors that emanated from each dish were simply extraordinary. I simply couldn't resist returning for a second round later that night. One dish that truly stood out was their specialty fried rice that I requested to add lapshong sausage. The combination of perfectly cooked rice, succulent meats, and vibrant vegetables created a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate. It was simple yet truly spectacular.

Next, I had the pleasure of indulging in their wonton noodle soup. The rich, flavorful broth perfectly complemented the delicate and perfectly cooked wontons. The harmonious balance of textures and the warmth of this dish were exactly what I needed on that evening, especially after almost an hour ride to the wrong location. It was like a comforting hug in a bowl.

To complete my meal, I decided to try their sautéed veggies. The freshness of the vegetables was evident in each bite, and the dish was expertly seasoned without overpowering the natural flavors. It was a delightful addition to the overall culinary experience.

Accompanying my delightful meal were the cocktails, which were an absolute treat for my taste buds. Full of vibrant colors and innovative flavor combinations, each sip of the pink Buddha transported me to a world of pure enjoyment. Their cocktail menu was a true testament to their dedication to culinary excellence.

Lastly, I must commend the restaurant for its reasonable prices. Considering the exceptional quality of the food, the attentive service, and the lovely ambiance, I found the overall experience to be worth every penny. In an era where dining out can often break the bank, it was refreshing to find a place that offered such exceptional value for money.

In conclusion, if you're looking for an Asian restaurant in Trinidad that not only delivers outstanding food but also goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction, you absolutely must visit this gem at the Port of Spain. With their simple yet spectacular dishes, delicious cocktails, and reasonable prices, this restaurant has cemented itself as a top dining destination in my book. I would not have gone twice in...

First time I dined here with my husband, staff from the entrance to the waiters were unwelcoming and unfriendly, which is a first big turn off. The atmosphere for valentines needed an ambience for the occasion but chose to go the cheapest unappealing way which is a paper heart cut out and a small bulb light on the table, that was it!!!Place seemed very noisey, unromantic. Table was very unbalanced and shakey. The cocktails were significantly small , long island and the sangria was a little compared to the size of glass and was pricey. The food was good, what was good? The glass noodles with vegetables, the chicken was good, the pork was good although needed to be crispy. The garlic shrimp lacked taste and was tough, the jasmine fried rice was tasteless. Please improve, I will not ever be dining here again. No specials for the valentines night either?? I mean come on do better. i will never be dining here again and will advise my friends and family not to as well....

Attempted to carry my wife for lunch as she had never been. Went about a year ago with a group from work and the food and service were good as far as I remember.

Hostess wasn't very welcoming when we walked in. After greeting us, she stepped away, came back and then basically asked why we were there. We wanted to dine in so she said she'll have someone seat us (the place was basically empty).

Right after, another customer walked in to pick up an order so the hostess proceeded to the bar and started chatting with the customer who she seemed to know well. At this point she had not spoken to any wait staff to have us seated.

After about 5 minutes of waiting to be seated in the very empty restaurant, I decided to leave. My wife turned to tell the hostess we were leaving and she didn't seem to care and continued her conversation with the other customer.

Ended up going to Town instead and had a...
