De One Chinese Cuisine — Restaurant in San Fernando

Dining in on a Wednesday night is a great idea because the place is relatively empty the service was super fast. The waitress I believe it was Sherry was friendly and personable, she checked in frequently enough to not be a bother but enough to ensure that everything was good and we didn’t need anything. It’s the usual Chinese food menu but definitely well prepared and presented. Sundays are for Dim Sum and if you're close to Gulf City, you should definitely check this place out. Our server was incredibly friendly and knew the menu to help guide us. Finally was able to try congee for the first time with pork and a century egg and I was blown away by how delicious it was. Add a little soy and some pepper to take it over the top.

The restaurant also has a bakery that you can get fresh buns and other Chinese favorites without having to sit down.

This is a new Chinese restaurant in the area and I decided to try it, I enter by the door facing the parking area, and in the beginning, I had a bad impression because it look like this entrance is where they received the supplies. I ordered Special Fried Rice, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Spring Rolls, and Steam Veggies.
