Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Trinidad

With my reviews I try to be as transparent as I can be. My wife saw a review for an all you can Eat Sundays at 🍕 🛖 was like ok babe you wanna try it this Sunday. U know the price real competitive like $50TTD adults, $25 kids, 🤫 Kids 5 and under 🆓. So the atmosphere ummm not sure if the AC was working properly but the place was humid🥵 and when we were seated like they didn't have enough waiters because Jewelry (Our waitress) seemed overworked. So we wait and wait and wait and wait and wait for about 40 mins then we got our pitcher mind u our order was taken 10 mins after we were seated. So the pitcher there but no 🍕 in sight 😞. My kids began to sing Daddy we want 🍕 😂 so got the attention of Jewls and she said it have some pizza coming out now she'll serve us. Ummm that now put on a short 🩳 and my wife now vex. So I say leave some for me 😂. So the attendant who Seated us L.A. kacy was real pleasant reel reel reel professional my wife liked her service so we assumed she's the supervisor or so called her got her attention and she was like no Jerry in Charge. So I asked for Jerry.... Jerry come polite and u know and I explain the issue ah say "Jerry is an hour now no 🍕 😔 why the service so slow" he say sorry ah go fix dat. 5 mins later kids got cheese 🧀🍕 wife was like the the 🍕 cold 🥶 son said I like 🥶 and get into he two slices. Boom 7 mins veggie reach granny get pizza boom 10 mins Santafe pull up that's beef and pineapple yes we are pineapple 🍕 eaters. She left a large so me n the wife fix that 🧀 🍕 come around again kids 😁 now. Granny had about 7 slices veggie things booming next large Santafe pull up is the right thing ah mean all u can eat right. So we order another pitcher, fun now start. So we make the best of the situation we got there round 2:25pm didn't get our pizzas till 3:40pm and by 4:20pm we tipping our attendees. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and bread sticks online, arrived an hour later to collect, only to be given my pizza and told I have to wait on the bread sticks. An hour passed standing waiting then to receive the bread sticks. Upon opening to consume, the pizza dough was white and raw. The bread sticks were good though.

Ordered almost the same thing a few days after at another branch, got the order on time only to be told they "don't have sauce for the bread sticks" 🙄🙄right🙄🙄. Since they discontinued the stuffed bread sticks, it's the marinara sauce that makes the regular bread sticks taste good. This should have been told to me prior to paying for my order as I wouldn't have wasted my time with the breadsticks without the sauce.

I am Greatly disappointed with this service, since you all were closed for a period. I used to only buy pizza hut for the stuffed breadsticks and sauce. Since it was discontinued, I switched to the stuff crust and regular breadsticks with sauce. But after those experiences, I'll be switching to one...
