I went there recently with my family with high expectations but was met with some disappointment. Firstly, bought two pizzas, but, when the server was placing one on the table it slid halfway off the plate and into the table top, she tried getting it back. Now I'm hoping her hands were clean and so was the table. Later, I discovered, one pizza came to the table uncut...called the server who had to take it back to the kitchen...I could not help seeing her hands touching the ends of my pizza when she was handling it. Also, bought a pasta dish which was suppose to have a serving of bread with it. None was given, as this point I decided to leave it alone. However, when paying the bill, I pointed out the item which was not delivered to the table. To my surprise, I was informed it is an item which is included with the dish so there is no additional charge if it was not given....no apology given on the part of the establishment. I doubt I would be returning...
Read moreFeels like a true rustic italian pizzeria. Has loads of options such as pastas, salads, appetizers, and a huge pizza menu. As an appetizer, we ordered the feta cheese baked with onions, garlic, and olives. Sitting over a bath of EVOO. Have to say this is one of the best dishes ive ever tried anywhere italian. My pizza dish came out it was a shrimp mozzarella, funghi mix. Super delicious as its wood fired pizza. The avergage price per pizza is 125TTD. However there is a sunday special, 4 pizzas for 300ttd. To finalize our dinner we had gelato and panna cotta. 20ttd per scoop and 55ttd respectively. The service was decent, like all places in trinidad, lacking customer service. The cooks and owners came over personally to inquire how the meal was. We praised them for bringing italy to TT. Our final bill was 406ttd we gave a 30ttd tip. So around 60usd for family of 4. Will be...

Passes the true test of wood oven pizzas as the slightly burnt sections of the dough elevates the entire pizza. Their sauce ratio is great because a pizza survived the long drive from South to East Trinidad without getting soggy. No bells and whistles on the sauce either, just what I assume to be very lightly seasoned pure tomatoes. My go to pizza is the San Fernando because all of the flavours play so well. The saltiness of the bacon, the tangy sweetness of the pineapple and the rich sweetness of the caramelized onions married with that pure sauce and perfect crust. Willing to make that drive any time the pizza craving hits. Great, speedy...
