Rising Star Restaurant & Grill — Restaurant in San Fernando

If I could of given less I would of I’m sorry to say but the staff/service here I don’t know if it was just last night but it is in need of some serious improvements. Arrived here with my gf for her bday with two of her friends and there was about 6 staff/waiters standing at the entrance and not one of them greeted or took us to a table, we decided to find a table of our own a waiter brought a menu and placed it on the table and left no conversation, same waiter came back about 3mins after, folded arms “allyuh ready to order” and when we replied not as yet she walked off .... so honestly speaking I left Sangre Grande to have a good time but arrived to that , they need some...

I have a love hate relationship for this place now. While their food is one the best, their costomer service needs a lot of improving. I went there two days ago, ordered take away, and I had to wait an hour and ten minutes. I asked our waitress (Annalisa) how long my order would be, she said 15 minutes. She was very dismissive and unprofessional. When we finally decided enough is enough and we wanted to cancel our order..guess what? The food magically appeared...on top of that, she literally shoved the food to me...Guess who is NEVER getting a tip...they seem to be terribly understaffed at this establishment....which just added...

Although the food was fair the photo I'm including is the puke left next to our table. A customer puked next to our party of 5 and was left there for over 15min while employees all just stood around and argued over who was going to clean it. I finally complained and when I did I was ridiculed lightly about me being "So American" by other patrons. As if anyone likes to have a meal next to vomit. The service was terrible and slow and the music so loud you cannot talk to the person next to without yelling. I'm being absolutely straight forward and not exaggerating. In fact, I'm being quite nice because the food...
