Bach Hamba is truly a magical spot in Djerba! The moment you step in, you’re welcomed by a cozy and beautifully designed space that perfectly reflects Djerbian charm and traditional architecture. The interior is thoughtfully done, with every detail adding to the warm and authentic atmosphere. The food? Absolutely outstanding. Every dish was presented beautifully and tasted even better. The brika was crispy perfection, and the couscous Bach Hamba was the highlight of my meal—rich in flavor and made with love. It’s a must-try if you’re visiting! Service was top-notch: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. And the best part? The prices are very fair for the quality you get. It’s rare to find a place that combines atmosphere, flavor, and value this well in the island. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I can't agree with the 3,7⭐ this restaurant has currently. The food (djerbian rice with lamb) we had was really good, it was slightly hot and missing abit of salt but thats why you have salt shakers🧂 on the table. The complementary bread was fresh, with a harissa🌶️, mayonnaise and olive🫒 paste dip. The only thing was the tea that was probably forgotten when the dinner rush started so it was abit bitter and cold but we weren't charged for it so it's not a problem at all. The servers where really nice and the food arrived rather quickly. The atmosphere is great, you can sit upstairs with a nice view of the street and the inside was very well designed. overall i can only recommend this restaurant. 😊

Nice restaurant, clean and tidy and well looked after, however the atmosphere isn't the best and felt quite clinical. The staff here are quite attentive - more so when the ownner is around who takes great pride in ensuring everything is ok for your visit. The quality of the food is superb and the portion size is good, my only comment would be that it was a shame that on two occasions they did nothave one of their own speciality dishes available and the only dessert was chocolate fondant despite there being half a dozen options on the menu - this may be due to it being September and getting towards the end of the season but we didn't have this issue anywhere else. All in all we enjoyed our meals here and would consider coming again if we...
