There's nothing I love more when travelling than finding a little, unassuming, local jewel, and this is one. The place was busy with locals - we were the only tourists. It's located down a little alleyway just off the main road. A small and simple local menu, but served fast and fresh, with great service and exceptionally reasonable prices. A must visit if look for some traditional regional food. The menu isn't in English so be sure to know what you want prior or ask the lovely water to translate.
