Farm Slice Sfax Aljadida — Restaurant in Maghreb

We recently visited Farm Slice and, unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. To start with, the tables were visibly dirty and the sofas not only looked unclean but were also broken definitely not the welcoming atmosphere we had hoped for. When the waitress arrived with the menu, my husband chose the Chicken Supreme, which is listed as containing mushrooms. We were surprised when she casually mentioned that they never use mushrooms and that it's just on the menu without actually being part of the dish. That’s misleading and disappointing. Things only got worse from there. After we placed our order, the waitress brought us the bill before even bringing our food—which was both confusing and quite rude. Then, when she brought our drinks and cutlery, she left them at the far end of another table, leaving us to help ourselves with no attempt at even basic service. The pizza was also cut in a completely unprofessional manner, with pieces uneven and torn, which definitely doesn’t reflect well on the restaurant’s standards. To top it all off, when it was time to pay, their card machine didn’t work. We had to make several attempts before being told to go downstairs and use another one. C'était mon endroit préféré lorsque j'invite quelqu'un étranger à Sfax. Horrible acceuil par une serveuse quelle nous a imposé où on peut s'asseoir, comportement nul ... table non débarrassé et lorsque nous avons demander le nettoyage elle repond par une agressivité et plus que ça des regards et des insultes en murmures et elle clape les mains en soufflant. Les fourchettes donnés sont déjà été posé sur une autre table. Et puis une autre remplaçante venue pour compléter la mission d'agressivité, elle débarrasse la table avant qu'on quitte et d'une manière aggressive .. jeter les fourchettes, les papiers, des insultes aussi ...mon dieu ... !! Zéro pour le service.. c'est la dernière fois pour moi pour aller à...
