You can request them with or without liver (foie) by informing the friendly staff. The location on Google Maps isn’t entirely accurate—walk a few meters northeast into the side alley or ask a nearby shop owner for directions.

I was so lucky that my friend from Sfax new about this great restaurant tucked in away in the laneways of the Medina. So much food - I just couldn’t stop especially when there’s a range of local dips to choose from. Just a warning for the western stomach - DO NOT over do it on the harissa otherwise you’ll pay the price later in the evening 🚽😂

Les meilleurs safoud au monde Restaurant modeste au décor minimaliste, mais une excellente adresse pour manger des brochettes viande à sfax!!!....des produits frais et des quantités généreuses à bas prix. Conseil: commencer par les petits plats (succulentes!!!!!) puis un sauté aux brochettes ....des p'tits bonheurs pour les papilles.
