Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Sfax! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. Terrible experience. You pay for a room and you end up not sleeping until 3 am because the hotel bar on the 5th floor (small building) is hosting a loud party. The room was vibrating from the noise and I could hear not only the music but also ppl speaking and laughing. When I complained many times the very nice night receptionist apologized but he says there is nothing he can do. And to the cherry on top is a dirty sock mangled in the duvet.
