Restaurant Bristol Plazza Hammam Sousse — Restaurant in Maghreb

Was recommended this venue, much to my disappointment. Firstly ALL menus are in french, not an issue when your waiter says he can translate it for you. However after ordering what I thought were goujons with a side sauce and fries I was presented with goujons with a NUT Breading. Not only deadly for someone with an allergy, but certainly not what the waiter described them as. The fries never arrived. I had a couple of drinks and watched the game them kindly put on. WiFi networks do not work, they told me it was my phone, although 20 other venues have no issues with my phone! So basically for 70 dinar including a 10 dinar tip I had two beers. Avoid considering the service and food quality.

I gave them a chance on a second occasion during my stay and initially got refused at the door being told we are full. When I pointed out there were 100 seats that I could see through the glass I was told " oh you want to sit inside, okay" The venue is local only on sat, saw a local try and get his European friend in, got the same treatment as...

We have been visiting Bristol Plazza since 2017 in many occasions and really enjoyed every moment until the June 2019! Our opinion has changed and won’t ever return back at this point! Very unprofessional, rude and unpleasant manager called Semi! No manager manners or skills and have no idea how to deal with paying guests. Some nights drunk and extremely friendly and other nights rude and playing ‘I am the owner’ game however owner is someone else. Place is absolutely stunning with great atmosphere, delicious food and amazing service from staff at night but luck of management can spoil your holiday night very easy. My husband and I went here for a late night meal as it's a late restaurant, they had a live band playing which was good entertainment and just aswell because the service was very slow, we waited just over 20mins for our order to be taken, and nearly 40mins for our food to be served. Once we received the food it was very nice, it was beautifully presented, and full of flavour, but their could have been abit more of it. We then had dessert and they had non of the desserts we actually wanted so we settled for the only dessert that was available and ended up waiting over half an hour for it.
