Restaurant lounge le Quai Bizerte — Restaurant in Maghreb

I visited this place in June with my family, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. The only positive thing I can mention is the location.

We came for drinks, expecting fresh juice and quality cocktails especially considering the high price (15 dinars per drink). Instead, the "fresh juice" turned out to be overly sweet, pre-packaged juice that even my daughter couldn't drink. None of the cocktails tasted fresh, and they definitely didn’t justify the price.

We also had a baby with us, and the staff showed no interest or care one of them was sitting indoors, smoking a cigarette, which was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant.

What made it worse was the long wait time, even though we were the only customers there. To top it off, the toilets were dirty and poorly maintained quite embarrassing for a place that charges premium prices.

Honestly, you can get freshly squeezed juice at the Vieux Port for a third of the price, with much better quality and service. This place badly needs new management, better hygiene, and more respect for...

I went there with my dad for lunch, we ordered fish of the day, a dish called "symphonie de fruits de mer" (basically varieties of seafood), and banana splits for dessert. The seafood is incredibly fresh AND well cooked (unlike in a lot of seafood restaurants). The fish was the wild fish and not the farmed one (it's pretty hard to find wild fish being served in restaurants), the waiting time was moderate, the servers were very polite and professional. The view is amazing, but you HAVE to make sure that you get a table with direct sea view from both sides. The prices were okay (quite a lot in general, but given the good service, and the good food it's totally worth it). I would go again if I would ever visit Bizerte...

The place was great and so is the service. I went there 3 times. the last time, i went with twenty people, my family. After he got our order, he forgot about mine. So i waited for some time so they offered me something else in exchange for being late to bring my food but i refused cause i wasn't bothered at all. So yeah great service. The place is fancy and they have pretty decorations. The music is great too, i was vibing the whole time. Now about the food, i rated it 4 stars. The breakfast is great, literally 5 stars, but the lunch and dinner? It's missing some.... sauce and seasoning.
