I have been coming to Tunisia from 2014 and this has been one of our usual cafe, all this years we never had problems but last night we had a guy with glasses who to our payment the total bill was 36.100 dinar ,we waited few minutes for him to bring us back the change as I gived him 40.000 dinar and he didn't bring us the change so we asked for the change and he gived me just 3.000 dinar of change and I told him that it should have been 3.900 dinar of change he didn't have the right change to give me the 900 so he gived me 200 . The thing that I hate most is when the staff don't give you the change thinking that they are entitled to take their own tips. I really really hate that ,if I want to give any tips when you give me the change I give you some tips not that they help themselves to the tips with my own change. This situation has made me really angry I don't like staff like that and the thing that just because I'm a tourist make them thing that they can take advantage of us it really annoys me. The manager should check properly what staff they employ. I will definitely will not go again to this place. We stayed at the hotel down the road from Mia mondo and fancying a change from the food the hotel had we took a walk to this wonderful restaurant. We were welcomed by our waiter yassine and he showed us to our table there were 7 people in our party 5 adults 2 children. Yassine Was very prompt in talking our drinks order and our food order and talked us through anything we didn’t understand on the menu and was a pleasure to have as our waiter honestly if I could I would do 2 separate reviews one just for him and one for the food but yassine was a 5 star waiter he was amazing with the kids so thank you for making our visit so much more enjoyable and when we look back on our holiday in years to come we will remember how much fun we had and how amazing the waiter was. I had a pizza and it was massive unfortunately I couldn’t eat it as but I gave it my best as it tasted so good I didn’t want to stop eating it so thank you to the chefs as well .
