BIGABOO — Restaurant in Tunis

Love this place! Salads, pasta, burgers and pizza, all were good, they generally have good desserts too ( mousse au chocolat is perfect, banoffee is soo good and pistachio cheesecake is worth it. I think Bigaboo has some of the nicest servers in the industry, they always greet you kindly, listen, smile, and deliver. The place is clean and has a nice lake view. Service was great, but the table was sticky to the touch and the food was horrible; pizza was okay, but the cheese addict pasta had a bad smell (probably using an expired cheese) and the pesto pasta didn't taste as usual. The pasta presentation was awful (well inexistant) and we also found some hair in the pasta. The world is in a pandemic situation, so the lack of hygiene is unexplicable in such a place. To be honest, I had a horrible experience at this place. I ordered two salads, but unfortunately, after only two bites, I found a disgusting surprise—a hair inside the salad. 🤢 The person in charge came up with a ridiculous excuse, saying that it wasn't hair but something that came from slicing the mushrooms. 😒 I believe they need to take better care of their hygiene. #BadExperience #FoodSafety...
