Friends Pasta Bar Lac 1 — Restaurant in Tunis

It's been a while for me wanting to try this place since i heard many mixed reviews varying from bad to best place for pasta and i wanted to make my own opinion about the food here. The idea of this restaurant is you can mix whatever ingredients they have to create your own bowl of pasta so you choose your sauce then type of pasta then type of protein and lastly you can add whatever you want from mushrooms to cheese etc .. the prices are fair to be honest varrying between 15 to 35 in a medium-sized plate. The white sauce pasta is a piece-of-art and i highly recommend it. The pink sauce on the other hand was on the average side. I will definitely be coming back here. I really enjoyed the pasta I got, my friends and I tried to get different things so we can try a bit of everything and I can't say I'm disappointed. I liked the semi-open kitchen concept and the fact that you can watch the cooks do their thing. The service was great, the waiter was the nicest, very accommodating. The pasta tastes great, but sometimes it's over done and sometimes it's a bit undercooked (depending on your luck). Me and a couple friends needed a rich post-workout meal and let me tell you we will definitely be coming back.
