Pasta Cosi — Restaurant in Tunis

I ordered 3 Pasta and one salad, then i asked to take them with me, but staff put dirty dishes on one of the pasta without regarding and with bad behavior!!.

After week from my 1st visit I'm sure the problem not from me!!.

I set with my family again plus my mom to try this famous restaurant that specializes in Pasta, not in my mind that I'll experience more worst behavior from defiant staff member.

After we set we order 3 dishes, i was looking for different choice i asked the waiter about the menu because available just France.

He was very rude and treat me like i don't know what type of restaurant it was!!

i tried to explain that i don't speak France but no good with this specific waiter that he show his laughing at me, i asked him why you have this attitude you looks like don't like to been asked or attention to take orders.

I asked for the Manger who was so respectful and polite and take my concern in mind, but the waiter have this look that make me uncomfortable.

I really still recommended this restaurant very high to try there past dishes and there famous Cesar Sald.

I'm not here to ask the manger to do anything against the whom have this behavior only with give them warning to be more respect and polite.

They definitely got lot of good press on Social Media, but the hype is certainly not deserved. From service to room setup, it is extremely poor, tables are too close to each other, and the rooms and terrace smells awfully cigarettes. Being a pasta lover/addict, I found nothing special here, worse, they don’t respect basics of pasta’s cooking : their “dans la meule” dishes doesn’t respect minimum hygiene standards, they don’t bare using fresh pastas neither do offer any variety of pastas to choose from (no complete protein pasta, no gluten free), their sauce selection is not conventional and far from the spirit of Italian authentic sauces and combinations. Their meat options were tasteless and the cherry on the cake was a worm found by my business partner on his salad side. Warm welcome with recommendations and an amuse-bouche with Harissa and Tapenade and buns. All exceptionally tasty. Then came our order: seafood spaghetti, Cesar salad and the famous delicious Victoria secret dish which you can order with any pasta type you wish. The Cesar salad is also here highly recommended: large portion (for big hunger or for 2) which comes with amazing toasts with pesto spread. Spacious terasse with sunshades, warm romantic deco and light. The service and the bill is a bit confusing. Waiters get puzzled easily with pasta types and different tables orders. I do not give 5 stars because the pasta is not the fresh-baked one as deluxe Italian restaurants.
