Punic'Art — Restaurant in Tunis

The Manager / Owner should care about this: Punic Art Café might look appealing from the outside, but don’t be fooled. This place is run by some of the most unprofessional, disrespectful staff I’ve ever encountered.

The waiters openly smoke on the job, sometimes right next to your table. Even when you politely ask them not to blow smoke in your face, they laugh—and then come closer, as if to mock you. It’s not just inconsiderate, it’s openly hostile.

The service itself is a mess. Orders are routinely wrong, and not by accident—it genuinely feels like they go out of their way to sabotage your experience. There’s an attitude of petty malice that’s hard to ignore. They treat customers as if they’re beneath them, with eye-rolls, smirks, and a level of arrogance that’s...

Honestly couldn’t stay there for more than one hour. Worst service, disgusting furniture and mediocre beverages. I originally saw the reviews and was put off by the negative ones. But when I ended up going, I just couldn't understand why?

I won't try to invalidate people's experiences if they're genuine. From my perspective, what I can say is that I really enjoyed my experience there. The waiter was nice and helpful, the prices are affordable in my opinion, and the food was quite good! I know I'd make this place my go-to if I spent more time in Tunis.

And sure, the furniture isn't exactly in a pristine state and could use a little touch-up, but who really cares. If I wanted fancy, I would've gone to fancy. The place is perfectly...
