Nougatine — Local services in Tunis

I had the pleasure of trying a cake from Nougatine pâtisserie on my last evening in Tunis, and it was absolutely extraordinary! I bought it for a special celebration and enjoyed it the next morning with coffee—it was so delicious that I ended up eating the whole cake! The texture and the taste of the nuts was specially nice. Also it looked very beautiful, but the taste was swee and at the same time not too sweet and heavy it had a good balance. A perfect way to end my trip! Nougatine est réputée pour son gâteau Mille-feuilles qui d'ailleurs disparaît rapidement. Par contre, les autres gâteaux mériteraient un plus grand soin côté esthétique (ils ne donnent pas envie). J'ai quand même et malgré le coût élevé, essayé 5 sortes de gâteaux, n'ayant pas trouvé le fameux Mille-feuilles. Ce fût une déception.
