Absolutely terrible experience at La paella. We were enticed by their Instagram reels, where the owner gave tips and promoted their seafood, but the reality was far from it. For 45 D, you get a tiny plate of rice with two flavorless shrimp overpriced and underwhelming. To make matters worse, the place was more like a loud Tunisian wedding than a high-end restaurant. The music was blasting, and people were dancing everywhere. We couldnât hear each other, which is unacceptable for a fine dining experience.
On top of that, the service was a disaster. We tried to cancel our orders after the first dish arrived, but the staff insisted on bringing the rest, and it took forever. One of our friends ordered a steak, which came raw. We sent it back, and two hours laterâafter we had already finished eatingâthe steak was finally ready. The staff still tried to charge us for it, despite us canceling it earlier.

Nous avons soulignĂ© des remarques pour la cuisson de la cote a lâos( retour a la cuisine) lâescargot en sauce( Grinçant sous la dent),le manque de couteaux a steak au service, la sauce au champignons sans consistance, les plats au menu Mer sans accompagnement pour y sâaccorder, manque dâattention de la part du personnel sur le plancher( on doit essayer dâattirer leur regard et ils affichent un air dâĂȘtre dĂ©rangĂ©s par nos demandes), et jâen passe. Pour lâaccord, le vin demandĂ© et disponible ne lâĂ©tait plus, le 2eme choix tarde a venir, et le comble de la soirĂ©e câest la fameuse paella dont le chef vante les mĂ©rites qui a pris des lustres pour ĂȘtre servie, et qui nâavait aucun goĂ»t. Le service Ă©tait rapide uniquement quand il sâagissait de servir lâalcool. On dirait quâil y a la consigne de faire inonder le client le plus rapidement possible pour quâil ne se rende pas compte de la banalitĂ© de ce quâil va manger.
