If you are new to Tunisian couscous this is the perfect place to start! It was really neat to be able to taste the 5 varieties they make in house. I ended up getting a bowl of half fennel-dill and half spicy, which was delicious! I also got the chicken and fish meatballs. I recommend trying both because they are packed with flavor!! They top it with a generous portion of veggies, and I chose the spicy sauce (which had a little kick but overall mild and complimentary to the food). The carrots and radish served alongside the couscous were a great compliment, providing a little palate cleanser in between. The makroudh they give you at the end was insanely delicious!! This was not only a good, hearty meal, but also a culinary learning experience. Thank you couscous Tree for a...

Managed to get a table just before they closed and so happy we did! Delicious couscous in five flavor to choose from, the spicy one was by far my favorite and I added the vegetable boulettes that were so juicy and delicious. My husband had the ginger chicken couscous with pomegranate, also a hit! So much better than the regular dry couscous I’ve had before. The owner and the staff looked after our every need and made it to such a memorable lunch. Definitely coming back...

This is certainly one of my favorite couscous dishes I’ve tried in Tunisia! I love the mix-and-match style, and everything was wonderfully flavorful! I tried the dill and fennel couscous with veggies (carrot, zucchini, pumpkin, fava beans, chickpeas, potatoes) and different types of meatballs (fish, chicken, beef). The service was great and Mario was so helpful explaining the...
