Nice view to sit and watch the ocean and beach, soccer players, kids, tea guys.

Careful. Pay for parking at the machine. 1-2 coins, press green button, grab printout. They are very watchful, and you will get the boot. 15TND fine. Call the number, the guy will come. Don't ask how I know.

No WCs I could find, so go get a tea or coffee if you have to. Go in a few blocks to find nice cafes, better than the ones on the corniche....

The corniche was quite lovely & very busy (I visited on Wed & Thurs). Lots of cafes & restaurants to visit, both casual & fancy. You can also have Henna done, buy fresh almonds, popcorn, etc. You can easily spot Al-Ahmadi mosque, just by the Souq where you can buy local food for very affordable prices, such as 'Farkase & Bureek'. I only saw it in the evening but I bet it looks even more stunning in...
