If you are craving for traditional Turkish fresh, grilled meats, then Osmanoglu Izgara & Kasap is the place for you.

They have a simple butcher’s counter approach where the selection of meats is presented to you - beef, lamb and chicken. You choose, the friendly store team weigh it and grill for you.

Restaurant is very clean and was packed with locals - usually good signs for an experience to remember. Pricing is also reasonable as you are buying by weight so you choose how much you want - you can mix and match cuts so you get a little bit of everything or choose a particular cut.

We opted for various lamb cuts, a nice salad, bazoama (Turkish flat bread) and Ayran (popular yoghurt drink).

The meat comes slightly seasoned but you have the options at your table to add flavours if you desire. However, the natural, juicy taste of the grilled meats was enough to satisfy our cravings.

I really loved this place. They have an extensive range of meat options consisting of beef and lamb, as well as sujuk, liver and kokorec. Korkunç gürültülü bir ortamda kazıklanarak adına yemek verdikleri şeyleri yemeye gitmek isteyen gitsin. Kalabalık gittiğimiz mekanda ne karşılama ne yönlendirme olmadığı için iki ayrı masaya oturmak zorunda kaldık. Herkes farklı sipariş verdi ve hepsi kötüydü. Bonfile küçücük bir parça. Kül bastı hakeza. İkisini ayrı kişiler sipariş verdiği halde aynı tabakta servise getirdiler. Adana adını koydukları şey tahta şişte pişirilmiş bir parça köfte olarak geldi. Yanında hiç bir eşlikçi yoktu. Lavaş yokmuş bayram diye bak bak bak.... o yoktu ızgaraya iki biber domates atın bari. Ortada dönercilerde olan biberlerden bile yoktu o derece cimri paragöz bir işletme. Salatalar Allaha emanet temiz mi pis mi bilmeden karın doyurmak için sipariş verdik.
