Miso Ramen — Restaurant in Şişli

Im writing this review as im eating, im seriously amazed how well its made.

As soon as i entered, the atmosphere, music, people working and coming it, its really vibe worthy, calm and collected.

The people at the counter helped me since my turkish isn't that much.

You order via a QR code, so make sure you have a phone, you can use the mall's wifi so don't worry about connection.

Prices are really decent, and options are not a lot but great selection of japanese, Korean and east asian.

For my first visit, i wanted it simple a bowl of chicken broth ramen, vegan is an option too.

You select everything from the menu on your phone, topping, sauce, how hot you want it.

I went with everything standard, saving extras for my later visit, which i will make sure ill do.

My number is on the screen, im waiting for it.

It came almost immediately.

It came in an asian bowl, and its boiling hot, the size of it surprised me, i thought i was going to get a small one.

I received the standard, and its a whole meal size, as im writing this i still didn't finish it, its big.

Flavour bursts immediately, again, no toppings no extras and it's that good.

Went with spoon first to taste the soup, perfectly little hot as i ordered, ramen itself is well cooked, full of flavour.

2nd Visit:

This time i came with some people who Absolutely loves asian food.

Trying this shop, they loved the vibes and atmosphere, they said they will start easy so their bowls were basic.

I added Egg for my bowl, i expected the one you see in photos but i got another, I miss read the menu, ill ask for help next time around.

We also asked for Onigari, and its my first time asking for one ever, ITS amazing, highly recommend it.

My verdict on it. As my taste is flavour price, for asian restaurants, that's an instant must, im Still in shock that this place exists even in istanbul.

Please please please give it a shot.

I had been eyeing this place for a while and was so excited to finally check it out today only to be extremely disappointed! It was literally the worst ramen I have ever had in my life. Ordered the gyoza and it was undercooked and served raw. My husband ordered his ramen with medium miso/dashi strength and it was so bland! We had to add a ridiculous amount of soy sauce because it was so bland. I ordered mines strong and thankfully added the chili oil sauce so at least it had that flavor but the broth was not good and lack any sort of depth or creaminess that ramen usually has. Both were ordered with the smoked beef which did not tasted smoked at all and was basically deli meat. They didn't have some of the toppings we selected but didn't even bother to tell us. Speaking of toppings there were some unusual items that I have NEVER seen in ramen. We both ordered the egg which is always suppose to be soft boiled but they were overcooked. On a side note there was plenty of noodles. I tried to talk to staff but they didn't seem to care about the quality of their food. I really wanted to like this place but is it Japanese or Korean or just Asian confusion? Either ways it's...
