Literally i never give the feedback but it was too much i went to istanbul airport burger king which is downstairs literally the staff wass too much they charge 30£ by for 1 burger meal ane 6 tenders which was basically nuggests size i went to the manager and staf that i order meal by accidently i ordered the only burgers they were saying me go there go there then manager came she was a lady with too much attitude i explained her but idk why these people hiring so unprofessional person they cant understand the English also if you are appointed the person u r working in the airports you should know that much english that you may understand the person she was making the faces by seening me and my husband girll too be honest guys the dont spoil the burger king chain please appoint the person who understands the customers being a manager also we also learnt how to deal with the customer calmly they charge 30£ for that awwful meal and i added cali ranch i asked the staff 2 times the sauce was inside and he was like ya ya and when i open the bag nothing was inside.! The counter staff in the red uniform working around noon was extremely unprofessional, with poor communication skills and a dismissive attitude. After my order, she attempted to process a refund, which dragged on for hours. Eventually, she claimed it was resolved, but both my Singapore and Hong Kong card apps still show the charges.
I had a flight to catch and now I’m stuck overseas needing to call both banks to dispute the charges—costing me time, stress, and international call fees. This is unacceptable.
What kind of operation is this? The owner should be held accountable. If staff aren’t willing to do their jobs properly, they should step aside for someone who understands basic customer service and respect.

She started being extremely impatient with me, like I was wasting her time, and kept shouting at me to order (again, there was no one in line, and I was not standing at the counter). In the end, I decided what I wanted, ordered, she mumbled something under her breath, and made my meal a large meal, even though I did not ask for that. Unfortunately, I realized what she did too late, but I felt like I was swindled at the Bazar, not at a Burger King in the mighty Istanbul airport.
