Poor customer service on not respecting instructions of sugar level.

The POSITIVE ❤️ We used to go to their main & 1st Branch in NISANTASI. We also go to the KADIKOY one. We even know the owner of the original MonsterTea shop. ♡ We drive sometimes 1 to 1.5 hours just for enjoying MonsterTea bubbletea in NISANTASI. ♡ The 1st shop is one of the best for Istanbul. NOTES: BubbleTea in Istanbul or Turkiye is not a craze as local love their traditional Turkish Tea. ◇ Many choices ♧ Toilet facilities ♤ Outside (1st floor) terrace.

The NEGATIVE. □ To the management, we had ordered with less sugar & got with high one. THIS is unacceptable. We had ordered a 2nd one with less sugar, too, but got no sugar. The staff should have mistakenly put both sugar doz into 1 cup. Same for the lovely fish: the custard cream was less & shell not Crispy as that of KADIKOY. ■ The outside terrace was not tidy.

This place is terrible. When the first opened this location it was great. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. They knew how to make drinks very well and they were passionate about their job. However, today the new staff were rude and doing their job poorly. I always order brown sugar milk tea and I know very well how it taste. Today it tasted terrible, I don’t know what kind of syrup they added. Also we asked for 50% ice they filled the cup with ice and when we complained they started arguing and refused to fix their mistakes then they ignored us. Disappointing drinks & service. We ordered the English Milk Tea which basically tasted like milk with no tea & we ordered the strawberry matcha latte which just tasted like strawberry milk. Looks nothing like the pics on the menu.

The cashier lady asked if we had matcha before which we have had numerous times but what they served was not matcha, it was strawberry milk.

The cashier lady was also rude & cold and talks to you like she’s looking down at you.. almost wanted to not order our drinks.
