Espressolab Bakırköy — Restaurant in Bakırköy

My opinion in 4 différents languages:

Ben hayatımda bu kadar dengesiz ve saygısız bir personel görmedim. Kesinlikle bu mekana gitmeyin. Etrafta onlarca daha güzel mekanlar var. Rahat ve güzel bir kahve içmek istiyorsanız, iyi bir servis istiyorsanız, ve bir nebze saygıya önem veriyorsanız, bu mekana gitmeyin !

I have never seen such awkward and disrespectful staff in my life. Specially one of them. Definitely don't go to this place. They laughed at me because I just had surgery (maybe thinking I didn't know Turkish; bad luck for them). There are dozens of better places around. If you want a cozy and nice coffee, if you want good service and if you care about respect, please don't go to this place!

Je n'ai jamais vu un personnel aussi maladroit et irrespectueux de ma vie. N'allez surtout pas à cet endroit. L'un dentre eux s'est moqué de moi parce que je venais de me faire opérer (pensant peut-être que je ne connaissais pas le turc ; pas de chance pour eux). Il y a des dizaines de meilleurs endroits autour. Si vous voulez prendre un café de maniere confortable et agréable, si vous voulez un bon service et si vous vous souciez du respect, n'allez pas dans cet endroit!

Nunca he visto un personal tan incómodo e irrespetuoso en mi vida. Definitivamente no vayas a este lugar. Se rieron de mí por haberme operado recientemente (pensando que tal vez no sabía turco; mala suerte para ellos). Hay docenas de mejores lugares alrededor. Si quieres tomar un café de forma cómoda y agradable, si quieres un buen servicio y si te importa el respeto, ¡no vayas...

The order was very late, and although I was patient, the taste of the coffee was not delicious and they only put two ice cubes in the cup!!! Even the order was incomplete. When we told them that the order was incomplete, they started laughing at us and did not take us seriously. The place is very dirty, dirty everywhere, even cockroaches + bad service...

Bakirkoy Fahri Koruturk Caddesi'nde bulunan Espressolab'e kizimla birlikte gittik. Iki adet latte ve bir adet kek istedigimizi, kahvelerin birini Cepteteb hediye kodu ile almak istedigimizi soyledik. Kasada duran iki hanimefendi sanki ilk kez duymus ya da uzayli gormus gibi bakarak talebimizi birkac kez tekrar ettirdi. Sonrasinda Espressolab uygulamasini indirmemiz gerektigini soylediler. Uygulamayi indirip uye oldum, kupon kodu ekleme kismina gelince uygulama hata verdi. Kasadaki guleryuzlu (!) hanima sorunca bana "suradaki filanca beye sorar misiniz? " diyerek basindan savdi. Biz de daha fazla ugrasmak istemedik ve mekani terk ettik. Madem basit bir kampanyayi bile yurutecek altyapiniz yok o zaman lutfen kampanya yapmayin Espressolab ve bir zahmet calisanlarinizi kampanyalarinizdan haberdar edin de musterinin suratina anlamsizca bakmasınlar. Ayrica personelinize nezaket dersi de vermelisiniz. Musteriye destek olma isteginden yoksun ve ukalaca tavirlarla basindan savmak hic hos degil. Hayatimda ilk kez gittigim bir yerdi ve bir daha gitmeyi asla...
