Writing this section as a response to the business very promptly replying to my review. That's interesting for you to call a shop that is serving Lanzhou noodles as "pasta" (makarna), and also at the same time criticizing me for not knowing Chinese cuisine. You claim to know what you are talking about yet you can't even understand what lamian is. Sure, your competition nearby is not necessarily upscale on the level you are trying to achieve, but at least they are serving food that is worth every penny.
Please learn to take criticism from your customers. You're definitely not giving me solid evidence to want to return to give you a second chance. It does not matter if your chefs are Chinese. If you don't have the correct ingredients and the quality of your meats and veggies are low, you clearly have room for improvement. I would encourage you to figure out if hotpot is something you actually want to advertise on your menu, because that was disappointing. I am very sure your kitchen-cooked foods are much better quality, it's unfortunate that I only came in to try the hotpot. It probably also does not help that my standards are on the levels of Haidilao, Xiao Long Kan, Xiabu Xiabu, and other popular worldwide chains.
Listen to your customers if you care to serve top notch food.

Have to give low reviews because this is a real disappointment for a cuisine that is not that widespread around this area to function this terribly. I hope this encourages the business to do better, or better yet, stop offering too much while giving back not enough.
The prices are high, this is pretty obvious from the menu. But the food quality does not justify this. You can get the same type of food at a significantly higher quality and not spend this much.
We went as a group to have hotpot. The hotpot offering is quite good on paper but quite sad when you see the ingredients are very low quality. All meats are too thick, and too chewy. Tofu is cut up way too small and is served frozen like ice blocks (there were large chunks of ice). Ordered some ingredients but it ended up not arriving. In hindsight it was probably for the best since we didn't like what se saw so far.
It is a pretty low bar to expect the proper cutleries, serving utensils, bowls, tongs/scoops to be given to us. It's a self-cooking process, most of the work the staff has to do is simply provide the right gear, the best ingredients, and have us cook our food ourselves. We ended up having to ask for every single device, including soup spoons, ladle, individual bowls, etc. The staff are locals so I don't fully blame them to not know, but this training should have been provided by management.
A huge miss overall. Would not come back. Just go to the lamian restaurant across the street. They serve fairly authentic Lanzhou lamian, at a super affordable price.
Reading through the reviews and how the business owner responds to low reviews, I can say for certain that these people running the place don't even have the right mindset to listen to their customers. What a shame.

Food dishes were average, serving size was modest, sushi did not taste good (the Wasabi was also stale). We ordered a whole Peking duck which was served as very small pieces, minimal in quantity.. not fitting of the concept, nor the price, or expectations. The lazy Susan was hard to spin and turning it around to access the dishes was extremely inconvenient. A mistake was made on our order and a wrong dish delivered, yet no attempt was made at remedying the problem and giving us the dish we ordered. As a party of 5 (3 adults + 2 children), with a moderate variety of dishes, we paid 1,000tl.
