In the UK you'd have simply been told "sorry out of stock". Also when I asked for a taxi (not knowing about the buttons), instead of being told to just press a button on the street, the barman went and pressed it for us. We loved this place, such a lovely atmosphere, although the music was very repetitive. Service was very poor for 2nd/3rd drinks, after the very warm welcome the owners weren’t checking the tables but spending time socialising so it meant frequent trips to the bar to order.
