The Bees Knees Restaurant — Restaurant in Fethiye

Poor customer service , extremely disappointed with this restaurant

Food was ok, nothing special and as others mentioned very bland meat

We where poached off the street and we specifically asked if they do a kids steak as this is all my 5 year old wanted, he said yes no problem kids menu is upstairs

So we went upstairs, my wife looked at the kids menu which had no kids steak. She then told the waiter that the guy downstairs said that you had a kids steak on the menu (my son has had steak off the kids menu in many hisaronu restaurants)

The waiter said its not on the menu but no problem, we can do. Didn't ask a price as we assumed that it would be similar or even a little bit more than the prices on the kids menu, it is steak after all

We get the bill which included 4 adult meals with drinks, cocktails and starters (spent a lot of money) and the so called kids steak was on the bill for £20 (bare in mind it was a small piece of overcooked steak with 4 chunky chips and some onion rings) this cost more than the turkish mixed grill i got

I queried the price with the waiter and he said sorry let me check, then came back 2 minutes later and said the bill is right. I then said £20 for a childs steak ? And he said oh no let me speak to my manager

Came back again and said I'm sorry my manager said yes thats right, very disappointed with this is it was put through as a fillet steak aswell and there where cheaper steaks on the menu, twice we where told that it would be a kids steak off the kids menu

Paid our bill and left, won't be returning. It's not about the money it's just very bad customer service, in all the years of coming to hisaronu we've not had to question a single price on the bill from any other restaurant

I then explained that we would not be returning to the guy on the street after he asked if we enjoyed the food. He apologized shook his head and said brother I just work on the front, what can I do im sorry about that as if he'd been in this situation before. Said manager was also nowhere to be seen when it came to paying the bill

Awful food bland and no taste don’t ever go here. Not traditional at all. Complained and said I didn’t want to pay. The guy at the door said if we don’t like it we don’t have to pay. We barely ate anything. Manager had no interested and said it’s because we were full and we were just saying we don’t like it. Said I’ll pay half and still no.
